QA Exercise Welcome to TailorMed, please allow up to 60 minutes to complete this exercise. Do not focus on products with perfect output or beautiful finish, focus on making the most products accurately. Exercise background: TailorMed system allows clients’ employees (Hospital workers) to assist patients in the US healthcare system. As part of the assistance, TailorMed wishes to auto-generate PDFs for patients in different situations. TailorMed internal users need a system to manage “Mapping files”. Mapping files are PDFs that “map” forms fields to pre defined fields values that exist in the TailorMed Database for every patient. The main use cases: 1. TailorMed user creates a mapping file. 2. TailorMed user uploads a mapping file to the system and edits related configuration. 3. TailorMed system generates mapped PDFs containing the fields from the database. We will focus on the system for phase 2 ONLY . The system is a web interface with these screens: 01 List Mappings Screen
